دارابی با بیان اینكه شبكه های سیما مطالبات رهبر معظم انقلاب را در حوزه های مختلف پیگیری و اجرا می كنند، افزود: تلاش سیما بر این مهم استوار بوده است كه سازوكار مناسب تبلیغ و ترویج كتاب و مطالعه را در سیما ساختارمند و نهادینه كند و جایگاه شایسته آن را در ساختارهای برنامه ریزی و برنامه سازی تلویزیون پیدا كند .

حضرت امام (ره) فرمودند: بالاترین مصیبتي كه بر اسلام وارد شد، همین مصیبت سلب حكومت از حضرت امیر (ع) بود و عزاي او از عزاي كربلا بالاتر. مصیبت وارده بر امیرالمومنین و بر اسلام بالاتر است از آن مصیبتي كه بر سید الشهداء (ع) وارد شد.

ایشان كه قبل از انقلاب این سخنان را بیان می كردند، افزودند: اعظم مصیبت ها این مصیبت است كه نگذاشتند مردم بفهمند اسلام یعني چه. اسلام حالا هم به حال ابهام دارد زندگي مي‏كند. الآن هم مبهم است. الآن هم نمي‏دانند مردم كه معني اسلام چیست، حكومت اسلامي چیست، اسلام چه مي‏خواسته بكند، چه برنامه‏اي اسلام در حكومت داشته است.

** حكومت علی (ع) الگویی برای تمام عدالت پیشگان

امام خمینی (ره) حكومت امیرالمومنین(ع) را در صورت اجرا شدن احكام اسلامی، الگویی برای تمام حكومت ها می دانستند و فرمودند: اگر مجالي براي ایشان پیدا مي‏شد، آن حكومت الگویي براي همه كساني بود كه مي‏خواهند به عدالت و به امور الهي قیام كنند ولي تاسف این است كه نشد و آن قدري كه شد هم باز نورش متجلي است و الآن هم همان اثر كمي كه از ایشان در باب حكومت مانده است، همان اثر كم هم معلوم است كه وضع باید چه باشد.

فرصت نیافتن اجرای حكومت اسلامی در زمان حضرت امیر(ع) نه تنها برای رهپویان عدالت مایه تاسف است كه از دیدگاه امام خمینی این تاسف برای تمام دانشمندان و عارفان نیز می باشد چون امیرالمومنین (ع) فرصت نیافت تا علومي را كه در سینه داشتند برای مردم بیان كنند.

امام خمینی(ع) علم اسرار ولایت و اسرار توحید را از جمله این علوم حضرت علی (ع) دانستند و فرمودند: باید همه عرفا تاسف بخورند بر اینكه این مجال براي ایشان پیدا نشد كه آن اسرار را كه باید افشا كند، افشا بفرماید و این هم جزء تاسف‏هایي است كه باید خصوصا عرفا و فلاسفه و علما و دانشمندان در این تاسف روزگار بگذرانند.

** مقام ولایت همان مقام حكومت بر مسلمین است

امام خمینی (ره) درباره تمسك به ولایت امیرالمومنین (ع) فرمودند: تمسك به مقام ولایت آن بزرگوار این است كه اگرچه ما و بشر نمي‏تواند به تمام معنا آن عدالت اجتماعي و عدالت حقیقي را كه حضرت امیر قدرت بر پیاده كردنش داشت، پیاده كند ولی اگر آن الگو پیدا شده بود و حالا هم ما باید به یك مقدار كمي كه قدرت داریم تمسك كنیم و یكی از معانی تمسك به مقام ولایت حضرت علی (ع) این است كه ما در سایه آن مقام ولایت باشیم.

ایشان با بیان این كه مقام ولایت همان مقام تولیت امور بر مسلمین و مقام حكومت بر مسلمین است، افزودند: چنانچه حكومت تشكیل شد، تمسك حكومت به ولایت امیرالمومنین این است كه آن عدالتي كه امیرالمومنین اجرا مي‏كرد، این هم به اندازه قدرت خودش اجرا كند.

** عدم تحمل ظلم در حكومت علی (ع)

امام خمینی تمسك به ولایت حضرت امیر (ع) را فراتر از لفظ دانسته و فرمودند: همین كه گفتند ما متمسك به ولایت امیر المومنین هستیم، این كافي نیست. این امور، اموري نیست كه لفظي باشد. اینها یك امور عملي و یك حكمت عملي است. كساني كه مدعي هستند كه ما شیعه امیرالمومنین هستیم، باید در قول و فعل و نوشتن و گفتن و همه چیز تبعیت از او داشته باشند. اگر این تبعیت نباشد و ما بگوییم كه ما شیعه هستیم، یك گزافي گفته‏ایم، یك لا طائلي گفته‏ایم.

آنگاه امام خمینی (ره) با اشاره به درآوردن یك خلخال از پای یك زن غیر مسلمان در دوران حكومت امیرالمومنین (ع) افزودند: حضرت (ع) مي‏فرماید كه اگر انسان براي این مساله بمیرد، مورد نكوهش و سرزنش نیست. شیعه این است كه این طور باشد نه مثل ما. شیعه این است كه اگر چنانچه در حكومت اسلامي، در كشور اسلامي، ظلم و لو به یك ذمي وارد بشود، این طور اهمیت دارد.

**خدمت به محرومین جلوه ولایت حضرت امیر

در دیدگاه بنیانگذار جمهوری اسلامی ایران خدمت به محرومین یك جلوه از ولایت امیرالمومنین (ع) است. لذا با اظهار امیدواری به این كه جمهوری اسلامی ایران یك جلوه بسیار ناقصي از ولایت علي (ع) در كشور ما شده باشد، فرمودند كه تظاهر و شعار كافي نیست و دولت واقعا باید با تمام قدرت آن طوري كه علي (ع) براي محرومین دل مي‏سوزاند، با تمام قدرت برای محرومین دل بسوزاند.
